my stay exceeded expectations! the staff was super accommodating and quickly addressed my previous concerns from last time. the room was fresh and comfy, making my rest and relaxation truly enjoyable at this holiday inn express.

The location was perfect for my needs, and having restaurants nearby made meal prep easy. The laundry facility was convenient too.

Solid location with easy access to several nearby restaurants and shops, making meal options a breeze. The outdoor pool area adds a nice touch for relaxation.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was disappointing, frequently running out of key items like biscuits and milk. Additionally, only one of two elevators was operational during my stay, which often led to long waits, especially during peak hours. The noise from the nearby highway made it hard to catch some z's, particularly in rooms facing north. On top of that, the WiFi connection was spotty at best, requiring constant reboots and making work difficult.

our stay at holiday inn express was great! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. our room was spacious, clean, and had really comfortable beds. i especially loved the outdoor pool and the fitness center. the hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. breakfast was delightful too!

The Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations, particularly in the areas of service and room comfort. My room was well-maintained, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and efficient temperature control. Additionally, the convenient location offered easy access to nearby dining options, making meals hassle-free for a business traveler.

Internet connectivity was unreliable at times.

I savored some delicious Mediterranean bites nearby, with laid-back spots like Inaka Teppanyaki waiting to whip up some tasty dishes. Plus, the staff were super nice and accommodating, which always makes a trip better!

It was a bummer that we couldn't stay due to an unexpected $25 increase for a handicap room. Total letdown, but at least the location and nearby eateries lifted our spirits!

Had a wonderful experience here! The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us find nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a fresh selection including hot eggs and pancakes. A tip for future guests, arrive early to enjoy the breakfast selection fully!
